Q. I got through on the Mates Rates hotline but have not received a call from the hotel?
A. Please allow 3-5 working days after the episode has aired for the hotel to contact you. If you have not heard from the hotel after 5 working days please contact Coxy’s Big Break. Click here to email us.
Q. Can you tell me when the hotel has room availability?
A. Coxy’s Big Break is unable to provide hotel availability. If you are a Mates Rates winner please contact the hotel directly for further information.

Q. I cannot remember the name of the hotel I booked?
A. For Coxy’s Big Break to find your hotel information please email us the details of the show that aired your Mates Rate, the approximate date you were called back by the hotel, as well as the date you booked for. Please also include your name and contact details. Click here to email us.
Q. I didn’t call up on the night, I didn’t get to write the number down or I missed the show - but would still like the Mates Rates offer.
A. Unfortunately Mates Rates is a competition and with any competition it’s the luck of the draw. Offers are very popular and only available on the night the show airs. If you missed out stay tuned as there are plenty of fantastic offers every week.
