ROHAN
ROBERTSON
commercial manager
Rohan brings
his diverse experience to WTFN Entertainment's clients - driving the commercial
development for our new and existing television programs, as well as the integration
of our key brand partners into these programs.
As the media landscape continues to fragment and marketers are seeking a greater
and direct connection with their target audiences, branded content provides an
effective channel to augment other elements of the media mix.
The 30 sec TVC. has been a long established powerful communication device that
advantages the considerable reach of the television medium. However with increased
presure on marketing ROI, WTFN Entertainment is able to provide media planners
and marketers with opportunities to create build program content around brand
communication, within program. This discipline is not simple and requires an understanding
of both the brand's communication goals as well as how the audience will embrace
the brand's contribution to the program and positive viewing experience.
Our Commercial Department views a brand's involvement beyond the Televsion program
and seeks to leverage this investment across an number of platforms - cross media,
POS, sales promotion and mobile content.
Rohan's advertising & media career includes a decade at J.Walter Thompson
Advertising and international media group, MindShare. At MindShare he was Media
Manager for the Ford Motor Co. account, one of Australia largest media accounts.
As Group Sales Manager for Network Ten, he worked across on client integration
strategies across major television platforms including Big Brother, AFL, Motorsport
and Australian Idol.
Prior to joining WTFN, Rohan was Victorian State Manager for The Federal Publishing
Company - one of Australia's largest magazine publishing groups.
Rohan says, "There are strong correlations between the relationships a Magazine
title develops with its readership and the connection that a television program
can have with its viewers. At WTFN, we produce program content that provides for
an ongoing relationship with the viewer, whilst augmenting opportunities for brands
to become part of that content."
"We are a results based communications company, that builds relationships
with audiences through television programs, integrating relevant commercial partners
into those relationships." |
