In association with the Victorian Government and the Seven Network WTFN has conceived this dynamic lifestyle program to inspire, inform and entertain.

This 10-part series covers everything from nutrition and exercise, to motivation; encouraging audiences to make their everyday lives healthy and active.

Whether you're old, young, single or a parent, Go For Your Life will inspire you to try new things and shake up the old routines.

With no fads, no diets, just 100% factual and common sense information, this program is presented in a fun and engaging manner. It provides loads of ideas to get viewers off the couch and going for their lives!

The first season of weekly half-hour episodes screened in 2007. Due to their high popularity they were repeated immediately, spanning into 2008.
PRESENTERS
Ex-Collingwood football club captain Tony Shaw, nutritionist Shane Bilsborough, Olympian Sue Stanley, food guru Flip Shelton, & reporter Melissa Hetherington form a credible team. They prove you can have fun, & laugh at yourself, as long as you get out there and have a go.
